Moore Piano Statement on Anti-COVID-19 Precautions
As the novel coronavirus continues to spread around the country and the state of Indiana, we are taking proactive measures to consider your well-being during each appointment, including the following:
- We are washing our hands before and after each appointment, as well as using 70% alcohol hand sanitizer at each appointment, before and after touching the piano.
- Wiping down our tools and keytops with CDC and EPA approved disinfectant.
- We are limiting personal contact, so please understand if we don’t shake hands when we walk in the door or need to make additional requests to limit exposure.
- Your technician is going to call in sick and reschedule appointments if they experience any symptoms, so please bear with us if we need to reschedule.
We are asking you to please reschedule your appointment if anyone in your household is exhibiting symptoms or has had recent contact with anyone else who is ill.
Per the Governor’s mandate as of July 27th 2020 we will also be wearing masks in your home/facility. We DO NOT expect you to wear one, please do as you wish though. This is simply to comply with the legality of the mandate on our end.
We are doing everything reasonable on our part to prevent the unnecessary spread of any illness. See this article for more information on piano hygiene.
